One Person Accountability

As a Key Account, one person is assigned to handle your employee's relocation from start to finish. The benefits of this is: 1) It's more personal - your employee will have the name of the person who's helping them; and, 2) Accountability - the key account rep is responsible for ensuring you and your employee are completely satisfied with the service. Your Key Account representative will: Determine the individual needs Verify location dates Assure the right equipment is available Be accountable for the entire relocation

TQM - Total Quality Management

Today more than ever, every company strives for quality. TQM has always been a part of Florida Van Lines' philosophy both in the relocation services that we provide and the way our management operates. We monitor each move, evaluate our performance and review the results with you. At Florida Van Lines TQM means you always get a Total Quality Move.

Performance Plus

As part of our service to a Key Account, we prepare quarterly electronic reports. These reports show the services that were provided, an evaluation of our performance, and the cost savings to you. These reports are reviewed with you and can help to judge how well we're doing.

Your relocation partner

Because of our size, we concentrate our efforts only on a specific number of Key Accounts. Larger carriers sometimes have too many customers to be able to deliver the level of service we can. As one of our Key Accounts we can save you money. One way is to keep a record of your relocation policies and strictly adhere to them.
